Mopar® Connect Crash Assistance provides help 24 hours a day. With the Crash Assistance service, your vehicle will be able to identify the impact and send the GPS position to the operations centre. A my:Assistant operator will call you back and will send help to the place of the accident.

If your car has a problem, Mopar® Connect provides you support with Roadside Assistance, the feature dedicated to your vehicle's needs. The Roadside Assistance number, available on the Uconnect™ LIVE app, will put you in touch with an operator who will request roadside assistance to your location. Prompt intervention will have you back on your way in no time!

If your car is no longer where you left it, Mopar® Connect can help you find it. With Theft Assistance, you will be immediately notified in case of unauthorised towing or tampering. You will receive prompt assistance from an operator who will report the theft and provide the GPS coordinates to the Police, turning off the engine as soon as the vehicle stops to facilitate its recovery.

Finding your car in a packed car park has never been easier. Locate it on the map in the Uconnect™ LIVE app and find the quickest route to reach it. Keep an eye on your car even when you’re not behind the wheel! Thanks to the Active Notifications system, you can receive warnings when your car leaves a designated area or if the person driving it is travelling at excessive speed. Furthermore, with Reminder, you can receive a notification whenever you park and move away from your car to help you avoid forgetting anything behind.

You will receive an email with a link for the activation: click on it and enter your FCA account details or register if you don't have an account.

You will receive a confirmation email when the Mopar® Connect services are active.

DO YOU NEED TO RENEW YOUR MOPAR® CONNECT SERVICES?

When the Mopar® Connect services on your vehicle are expiring, you can renew them in the way that best suits your needs. Renewal is available in two packages:
- LIGHT, which includes My:Car and My:Remote
- FULL, which includes My:Car, My:Remote and My:Assistan

You can renew the services for 12, 24 or 36 months.
